Duplicate Title Application

 A registered owner or lienholder may apply for a duplicate Florida title. If there is an outstanding lien on the vehicle, only the lienholder can apply for a duplicate title. If the lien is satisfied, but still appears on our database, a lien satisfaction form must be submitted with the duplicate application.

 To apply for a duplicate, you must present personal identification in the form of a driver’s license or identification card, passport or military I.D.
  •  
 If your vehicle is titled in another state, you must apply for the duplicate title through that state. Our office keeps a supply of out of state applications for your convenience.

 To receive an application for a duplicate title, or to inquire about fees, please contact the Tax Collector’s Office.
