New Registration Form |

| In 2001, in an effort
to reduce costs and streamline the process, the Florida Department of Motor
Vehicles completely changed the style and look of Florida registrations and
decals. Unfortunately it has caused some confusion. Below is a
picture of the old registration form and the new one. When you receive
your new registration form in the mail, carefully peel the yellow sticker
from the backing and place it on your license plate or vessel. The
smaller, white form is your new registration and should be placed in your
vehicle or vessel.
