UNPAID TAX CERTIFICATE LIST

This is a list of all unpaid tax certificates for all tax years.

The file contains information for each tax certificate issued for each tax year in account number order. It includes: Account number, certificate number, taxable amount, certificate face amount, bidder information, owner's name and address and tax deed application information, when applicable.

There are two file formats - the one you want to download is dependent on how you plan to use the data.  The files have been compressed to expedite downloading time and will need to be "unzipped" to be viewable.  If you do not currently have WinZip on your computer, click here to go to the site to determine if you want to download it.

To use in a spreadsheet or database:

If you will be using the data in a spreadsheet or database application, download the dbf file.  In a spreadsheet or database application, you can sort the file by any of the fields to be able to use it in whatever manner you would like.

There is also a "pdf file" that can be viewed.  You will not be able to sort this data.
