TAX CERTIFICATE LIST

This is a list of all of the county held tax certificates. 

The file contains information for each tax certificate issued for each tax year in account number order. It includes: Account number, certificate number, taxable value, certificate face amount, bidder information, owner's name and address and tax deed application information, when applicable.

There are three file formats - the one you want to download is dependent on how you plan to use the data.  The files have been compressed to expedite downloading time and will need to be "unzipped" to be viewable.  If you do not currently have WinZip on your computer, click here to go to the site to determine if you want to download it.

To use in a spreadsheet or database:

If you will be using the data in a spreadsheet or database application, download the csv or xls file.  In a spreadsheet or database application, you can sort the file by any of the fields to be able to use it in whatever manner you would like.

The amount to purchase a certificate is the face amount plus $10, plus 1 1/2% per month from June 1st of the tax certificate year indicated in the file, plus $6.25.

If you are interested in purchasing any of the 2009-2013 tax certificates, they will be available for purchase at SarasotaFLCH.RealTaxLien.com by mid June 2013.  You  must register in order to purchase these certificates.
