This is a list of all county held tax certificates available for purchase. 

The file is zipped and must be saved to your computer and unzipped before opening.

The file contains information for each tax certificate issued for each tax year, sorted by the oldest certificate year in account number order. It includes: Account number, tax year, certificate year, certificate number, taxable amount, certificate face amount, owner information and  a partial  legal description.

The amount to purchase a certificate is the face amount plus 1 1/2% per month from June 1st of the tax certificate year indicated in the file, plus $6.25.

If you are interested in purchasing any of these certificates they will be available for purchase beginning on, Saturday, June 28th at 1:00PM ET at SarasotaCountyTaxSale.com.  You  must register in order to purchase these certificates.
