This file contains delinquent information for all tax years on all real estate parcels. Any payment received after the update would not be reflected in this file.

The file to download is a zipped character (|) separated field.  This can be opened with any spreadsheet or database program.  Click here for the record layout.

The file contains information for each delinquent account for each tax year in account number order. It includes: Account number, owner's name, legal description, tax year, certificate year, certificate number, gross tax amount, interest percentage, and pay-off information for the next three months.
