| There are many convenient ways
to pay your taxes - by electronic check, either through our web site, or
your on-line banking system, by credit card, on-line or over a touch tone
phone, by mail or in person. Click on any link below to learn more
about each type. |

| NOTE:
The 4% discount period ends on November 30, 2007.

 | All electronic
payments must be made by midnight, EST, on November 30th to be eligible
for the 4% discount. This includes payments made on-line or over the
phone by credit card or on-line by electronic check. |

| Payments by electronic/on-line banking must be processed early enough
to allow the funds to transfer to our account by November 30th.
Payments initiated through your account typically do not "settle" into our
account for 2-5 days. Settlement into our account must occur by
November 30th to receive the 4% discount. |
|
| Payments by mail must be postmarked by November 30th. |

electronically transferred from your checking account. You will need the
property account number (from the upper left corner of your bill or this
website) and one of your checks. |

must be in U.S. Funds and made payable to Tax Collector Barbara Ford-Coates.
Please do not postdate your checks -all checks will be processed as soon as
they are received. In accordance with recent banking
regulations, eligible checks may be converted to an electronic transaction.
If you do not want your payment converted, you must include a written
request with your tax payment. |

of three full service locations.
You can pay by Cash, Check, Debit card ($1.50 fee is added by our processor)
or Discover card (2.5% fee is added by our processor).
PLEASE NOTE due to the credit card company regulations, DISCOVER IS THE ONLY
CREDIT CARD THAT CAN
BE ACCEPTED IN THE OFFICE . Visa, MasterCard and
American Express are accepted
