TWO YEAR REGISTRATION REMINDER:  A two year (biennial) registration may be purchased instead of the annual registration which is valid for one year.  If a 2 year registration is requested, all fees are doubled from the annual amount.    There is no refund available for any unused registration fees if the registration needs to be cancelled prior to expiration (for annual or biennial registrations).
