General Information

Due to a change in Florida law, we can accept partial payments on your current tax bill.  However, if you send a partial payment, you need to be aware that it will cost you additional money and you must send a completed Notice of Partial Payment (click here).  You may want to consider applying for quarterly installments for 2012 taxes as costs that apply to partial payments do not apply to installments.
Regulations and costs for partial payments:
bulletYou will forfeit any discount regardless of when payments are made.
bullet A $10 fee will be deducted from each payment.
bulletTaxes must be paid in full by March 31st or a 3% penalty will be added.  If the taxes are not paid in full by the end of May, a tax lien may be sold on the property for the remaining unpaid taxes.
bulletA Notice of Partial Payment must be completed for each property account.  Click here for the form.
All requirements and costs are mandated by Florida law (197.374)
